Eduard van der Linde and Associates was established in 1992 and has shaped the urban fabric of Gauteng for more than three decades -- guiding township establishments, rezonings, and subdivisions that transform property potential into reality.
Founder
Eduard van der Linde
Before establishing the consultancy, Eduard van der Linde served at Rand Mines Properties, where he oversaw township development across the Gauteng region. His portfolio encompasses more than twenty township establishments spanning industrial, commercial, and residential applications -- from Roodepoort to Springs.
Since 1992, the firm has handled township establishments, rezonings, subdivisions, and development assessments primarily within Gauteng, with additional projects in Mpumalanga, KwaZulu-Natal, and Port Elizabeth.
Eduard holds a Baccalaureus in Town and Regional Planning and an MBA from the University of Pretoria. He is a registered Town and Regional Planner, and a member of both SAPI and SAACPP.

BSc Honours (Cum Laude) in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Witwatersrand. Prior experience in property development in Rosebank. Trained and mentored by Eduard van der Linde.
Thembi Shelembe
Town Planner
BTech in Town and Regional Planning from the University of Johannesburg. Previously at the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. Trained and mentored by Eduard van der Linde.
